An inspection is a visual and functional check that a system is in place, unobstructed, and ready to operate. We inspect on the cadence NFPA sets for each system and we write up what we find in plain language with the citation beside it.

An inspection report per system with a deficiency list, photos, severity, and the code reference for each finding.
Common questions
How often does each system need to be inspected?
It depends on the system and the component. Extinguishers monthly, most alarm and sprinkler components quarterly to annually, fire doors annually, kitchen suppression semi-annually. We build the schedule for your building so nothing is missed.
What happens when you find a deficiency?
It goes on the report with a photo and a recommended correction. Critical items are called in the same day. You decide who corrects it: us, your existing contractor, or your own team.
